Seriously, though! What is up with these twenty-somethings thinking that it is super necessary for them to go under the knife SO much? How is it that at 23 you can manage to turn yourself into a completely different person?
I remember when Heidi Montag first started on "The Hills" as the cute, wholesome looking girl that didn't find college necessary for her. Granted, she was correct about that one, but homegirl was wrong about fixing her face...and then her whole damn body. Her first nose job was cute, but now this other one and all this other stuff?! A mess. Smh.
